Q: what is the strangest house you have ever been in.

Author: Twink [ Thu Mar 23, 2006 8:31 pm ]
Post subject:

The green house. It was abandoned (sp?), apparently in the 1950's. Ev'rything within was some shade of olive green (yet the whole olive monochrome was very beautiful). The middle of the floor of the second floor had caved in, making it look liked a strange balcony.

The house I grew up in was a runner up, too. Lots of ancient little windowless rooms in the haunted attick & basement, each room filled w/ creepy broken antiques, 60-year old exploding tin cans, a huge black oil can, &c.

Same question...

Q: what is the strangest house you have ever been in.[/quote]

A: I was in a house once that had rooms that narrowed as you went toward the corners. It also had staircases that went to nowhere and doors that opened into empty space. Kinda make you nervous and wanting to hold onto the ground in order to feel solid. There are some more famous examples of this style that are much larger in scale too.

Q: How can you be in a relationship and feel lonely all the time?

Author: devil [ Sat Jul 22, 2006 10:38 am ]
Post subject:

A.) Because you're too young, inexperienced and still have no idea what it is you really want.

Q.) Is this board boring because Goths have absolutely nothing of interest to discuss?

Author: drok [ Sat Jul 22, 2006 2:58 pm ]
Post subject:

no, it's boring because it's a bunch of minnesotan-goths. goths, while legendarily morose (boring) and self-absorbed (boring), get combined with the minnesotan relectunce to share an opinion (boring) or find out about anything new (boring).

where's zom been?

Author: alisgray [ Sat Jul 22, 2006 4:05 pm ]
Post subject:

...because being an offensive pissant and insulting to everyone around you makes you "interesting?" in my Minnesotan opinion, NOT.

I think it was GCHE who said only boring people are bored.

Author: devil [ Sat Jul 22, 2006 4:21 pm ]
Post subject:

Wrong. Not contributing new conversations for people to discuss and merely adding on to the dull, long dead threads that have existed forever is boring. Not having a damn thing to say or contribute in a creative sense is boring.

And yes, you are correct, I said that. That's why I don't spend as much time here, hypoxia never spends time here, and the board is being taken over by spambots. It's because the people here are boring and uncreative, and every other message board in the world is livelier and more fun than this one due to the fact they all understand that keeping a message board going requires new discussions and conversations. Kinda like a relationship.

As far as I'm concerned this a dead board. Eventually it will just disappear. This "scene" sucks.

But, oh yeah, we've veered offtopic because someone didn't play by the rules and ask a question.

A.) I don't know where Zom's been. Probably spending time at an interesting board like TCPunk, where people know how to make discussions happen.

Q.) Why is this thread even still around?

Author: veinsplasher [ Sat Jul 22, 2006 10:12 pm ]
Post subject:

A: It takes the least thought and effort

Q: Is it better to just experience art... or own it?

Q. Why do birds suddenly appear?

A: Image Just like me... they're probably... stalking you.

Q: What month/year do you predict for the appearance of $4/gal gas?

Author: alisgray [ Sun Jul 23, 2006 10:14 pm ]
Post subject:

A) It'll be interesting to see what happens over Labor Day weekend this year, though I doubt it'll be $4. Personally, I doubt it will be in November of any election year. I'm gonna say March of 2009. Though this is an interesting counterpoint to that thought: http://blogcritics.org/archives/2004/03/27/141438.php ... with a mighty piece of spindoctoring, high gas prices will vindicate our Pax Americana.

B) What was the last local political issue that caused you to speak up about it in public to a stranger?

Author: Azrael_LJM [ Tue Jul 25, 2006 2:23 pm ]
Post subject:

A: The last political issue that i think i spoke out about publicly would have to be dealing with the war in Iraq with a person at a pub in France when i was backpacking though Europe... as you can imagine the conversation didnt go so well.

Q:If you could relive one experience in your life what would that experience be?

Author: Haakon [ Tue Aug 08, 2006 5:21 pm ]
Post subject:

A: December 24th, 2005, around 2:45 am. The next twenty minutes after that I wouldn't mind reliving.
Q: If the British are on the metric system, then why does Robert Plant say "I"m gonna give you every inch of my love," when " every centimeter of my love" would be the standard?

Author: rskm1 [ Tue Aug 08, 2006 6:51 pm ]
Post subject:

A: "Whole Lotta Love" was released in 1969, and the Weights And Measures Act didn't come out until 1985. Even the most recent British legislation regarding metrification, circa October 1st, 1995, allows unmetric exceptions indefinitely for the measurement of acres (for land registration), pints (for dispensing beer), and miles/yards/feet/inches (for speed/distance measurements). In other words, England is "half-assed metric".

Q: Is "my love" a speed, or a distance? But more importantly, what do YOU think happened to Haakon 12/24/05 2:45-3:05am? (I was thinking, "I saw mommy kissing Santa Claus, so I jumped in and had a three-way", but man, that'd be kinda gross even for a guy who works at a pr0n shop!)

Author: Haakon [ Tue Aug 08, 2006 8:29 pm ]
Post subject:

A: "My love" is distance, measured by outstretching one's arms, and saying "I love you this many." As for what I did, I fulfilled a six year ambition, which had nothing to do with Santa. Also, I no longer work at the porn shop. I now work at a candy factory making me, yet again, the Candyman.
Q: Will Robert Plant's love be the standard of measurement for sexual affection?

Author: nightraven [ Thu Aug 10, 2006 4:58 pm ]
Post subject:

A) No, George Michael's will, duh

Q) What the hell have I been missing?

Author: Haakon [ Thu Aug 10, 2006 7:10 pm ]
Post subject:

A: Sex. Not everybody does it, but everybody should.
Q: What's the most pain you have ever been in?
